How do I create a new Support Ticket?

Support Center

You can access the Support Center from your Zeet dashboard by clicking on the Support Icon in the bottom of the left side-bar. Here, you can view all the Tickets created by your entire team and their respective statuses.

Zeet Support Center is available for all users. In addition, Teams that have enabled Level 1 or Level 2 Support have the ability to create Tickets. For more information about Support options, please refer to our Pricing page.

Creating a new Support Ticket

1. Open a new Ticket

From the Support Center page, click on the + Open New Ticket Button.

2. Provide Details

When opening a new Support Ticket, you will be prompted to provide details regarding your request or problem. This includes:

Support Category
Ticket Subject

3. Notification in Slack

Once you fill out the details and open your ticket, your team will receive a notification for the ticket in your Slack channel with Zeet.

4. Issue Resolution

A Zeet support engineer will be assigned to your ticket. They will work with you to resolve the issue. Communication will come through email and the Zeet Support Center.
